How fast will I receive my program?

Within 3 hours of your order, often sooner. If the service is very close, the Legacy package includes priority 1-hour delivery. We understand time matters right now, and we treat every program with that in mind.

What exactly do I receive?

A print-ready PDF sized 8.5 × 11 inches, folded, ready for any printer — plus a digital version you can share with family and friends by text or email.

Can I print it anywhere?

Yes. The file is a standard high-resolution PDF that prints beautifully at home, at FedEx Office, Staples, a local print shop, or through your funeral home.

What if I need changes?

Unlimited minor revisions are included within 48 hours of delivery. Simply reply to your delivery email with what you would like adjusted — a name, a date, a photo swap — and we will send an updated file promptly.

Do you write the obituary?

We can. With the Legacy package, obituary writing from your notes is included. On other packages you may paste your own text, or add our writing service — you share a few memories and details, and we craft a warm, dignified obituary for your approval.

What is your refund policy?

A full refund is available any time before design work begins. Once we have started, if you are unhappy with the result we will revise it until it feels right — that is our promise to you.
