The service
Tribute Programs provides a done-for-you digital design service for funeral and memorial programs. You provide the details, text, and photographs; we design the program and deliver it as a print-ready PDF file by email. We do not provide physical printing or shipping.
Delivery
Programs are delivered by email as a print-ready PDF, typically within 3 hours of receiving your order and materials (1 hour on the Legacy package). Delivery times begin once we have the information needed to complete the design. If we ever anticipate a delay, we will contact you right away.
Revisions
Unlimited minor revisions — corrections to names, dates, text, and photo swaps — are included within 48 hours of delivery. Larger changes, such as a different design style or a different package size, may be quoted separately.
Refunds
A full refund is available at any time before design work begins. Once work has started, we will revise the program until it is right rather than leave you with something you are unhappy with. If we are unable to deliver your program, you receive a full refund.
Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use the photographs and text you provide. You retain all rights to your content; we use it solely to create your program and never for any other purpose.
Payment
Payment is a one-time charge processed securely by PayPal. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars.
