What we collect
We collect only what is needed to create your program: the details you share in the order form (names, dates, service information, obituary text), the photographs you send by email, and your contact email and optional phone number.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to design and deliver your program, and to communicate with you about your order. We do not use your information for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we never sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Payment information
Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card number or bank details — PayPal shares with us only a confirmation of payment and the email address on the account.
Retention and deletion
Order details and photographs are kept only as long as needed to deliver your program and honor the 48-hour revision window. You may request deletion of everything you have shared at any time by writing to support@tributeprograms.com, and we will remove it promptly.
Security
Your details are stored securely and are accessible only to the small team working on your program. Email delivery uses encrypted connections.
