These are the questions we are asked most. If yours is here, you may have your answer already — and if not, we are a message away.
- How quickly will you reply?
- Usually within an hour or two, and always the same day. If your service is tomorrow, say so in the first line of your message and we will move you to the front.
- Can you help if the service is very soon?
- Yes. Most programs are delivered print-ready within 3 hours of receiving your details, and the Legacy package has 1-hour priority delivery. Families come to us the night before more often than you would think.
- What do you need from me to start?
- Your loved one's full name and dates, the photographs you would like used, and the order of service if it is settled. If it isn't, we can build around a standard order and adjust later — that is what revisions are for.
- What if I am not happy with the design?
- We revise it until it feels right, at no extra cost. And if you change your mind before design begins, you get a full refund, no questions asked.
- Do you print and ship the programs?
- We deliver a print-ready PDF, which you can print at home on cardstock or take to any print shop — FedEx Office, Staples, or a local printer. That keeps your cost down and puts the timing in your hands.
